Handyman Marbella

  1. For Handyman Marbella to start working on an issue, the customer accepts that a Handyman Marbella repairman can open covers, fixtures, and enclosures required for an issue to be investigated or fixed.

  2. The customer describes the issue precisely and agrees to the payment amount exceeding the callout fee in the cases of complex work, additional materials, etc.

  3. Handyman Marbella is not responsible for any damage incurred due to prior improper installation, construction, or maintenance of the establishment during the time of the visit.

  4. The customer agrees that if the problem reported goes out of the scope of Handyman Marbella's capabilities during the inspection phase, the callout payment fee will be paid. In such a case, the repairman will provide the information required for the problem to be fixed.

  5. Handyman Marbella is not responsible for any recurring problems after the repairs have been done if such problems occur due to improper maintenance, poor construction integrity, or faulty systems.

  6. The customer agrees to pay the callout fee when the part required to get a problem fixed takes an exceedingly long time (over 1 week) or is impossible to find. This is especially relevant to appliance issues, where the appliances are old (5+ years of service) or scarce by nature (rare or low-volume production).

  7. The customer is aware that a problem in question can stem from deeper and more complex problems that require much more time than initially anticipated. Due to the uncertain nature of such problems, Handyman Marbella does not promise that an issue will be fixed if the underlying causes are out of the scope of our services. In such a case, the customer agrees to pay the full callout fee plus extra time spent.

  8. The customer agrees that Handyman Marbella completes a full inspection at the start of the work, and the customer is responsible for providing all necessary access keys and avenues. The customer agrees to pay the full callout fee and extra time spent if the work cannot be completed due to lack of accessibility (e.g., rooftop-mounted AC units are inaccessible).

  9. The customer is responsible for ensuring the safety of the repair environment by removing all obstacles and clearing the premises of all tenants before a Handyman Marbella repairman can complete a job. If such safety is not ensured, the customer has to pay the full callout fee, and a Handyman Marbella repairman can refuse to start a job.

  10. Customers understand the uncertainty behind systematic issues and that solving an issue may take an extended amount of time. In such instances, Handyman Marbella is not responsible for any inconveniences or time delays caused by the nature of the issue.

  11. The customer agrees to the full technical expertise of Handyman Marbella repairman and the approach a repairman takes. Any disagreements from the customer side can be taken as disturbances for the repairman to do their work, and HandymanMarbella can refuse to continue. In such cases, the customer must still pay the full callout fee and any extras incurred.
